About
Designed and hand-assembled in San Francisco, TXXL watches blend bold design with rugged durability. With an automatic movement, waterproof case, and exhibition caseback, DiveTXXL honors the tradition of watchmaking while offering the perfect companion for underwater adventure and everyday utility.
DiveTXXL is part of TXXL.supply, a collection of objects that explores the relationship between utility and value which exists in the everyday tool.

The Movement
The Seiko NH35 is a self-winding mechanism with a 41-hour power reserve, hacking seconds, and an accuracy range of -20 to +40 seconds per day.
To set the time:
- Unscrew the crown until it springs outward slightly. In this position, wind the movement by twisting the crown clockwise.
- Pull the crown out to the first position to set the date.
- Rotate clockwise to change the date.
- Pull the crown out to the second position. This stops the seconds hand, allowing for precise time setting (hacking function).
- Rotate clockwise or counterclockwise to move the hour and minute hands.
- Push the crown back in to start the movement. The seconds hand will resume moving.
- Push and twist the crown to thread it back onto the case and tighten to ensure a waterproof seal.

Manufacturing
Each watch is hand-assembled at our HQ in San Francisco from parts made in Guangzhou, China.
The watch consists almost entirely of custom-made parts, with the exception of the bezel insert, crystal, and movement. These parts are in standard sizes so that they can be swapped for other off-the-shelf parts if desired.
The parts are assembled to strict quality specifications to ensure accuracy and precision. Each case is sealed with a gasket and tightened to factory spec to achieve waterproofing up to 200m.

TXXL?
TXXL (pronounced "tool") a unifying term for the objects in the TXXL.supply lineup. The X's act as variables standing in for O's, indicating that any object can be a tool.
The collection explores the relationship between utility and value in each tool. DiveTXXL exists at the intersection of precious jewelry, contemporary fashion, and industrial hardware.
